Mini Meet East 2012.
This will be our 5th time hosting Mini Meet.
This is the 3rd time at the Cheribourg.
There have been more than $2,000,000.00 improvements made to this hotel complex.

For those of you unfamiliar with a Mini Meet East.; Keep in mind that this is a family event centered around our passion for Minis/MINIS.
The hotel is kid friendly. The facilities are amazing.
One thing to keep in mind when reserving your room is that the Banquet is Monday night.
So you are best to book a room until Tuesday.
Monday is Canada Day.
The dates are June 29th until July 2, 2012.
The rates are as follows:
$139.00 one person in one room - $156.00 two people in one room.Children are free. Both at the hotel and entry into the meet.
Lodging, breakfast, recreational fees and tips all included.Taxes are extra.
Mini Meet East Cheribourg guests will once again begin every morning with the three-hour buffet breakfast. Guaranteed to please everyone.
The hotel has now released 35 rooms to another group.
There are 20 rooms left under Mini Meet East.

We have decided not to charge a late fee but we ask that you reserve your room and pay your registration in advance so that we will be able to accomadate everyone.
This is a long weekend so it will be impossible to get more suppllies at the last minute.

The entrant Fee is for one car and one driver in all events.
The enthusiast is the passenger.Enthusiast entry fee includes the banquet and the Picnic.
So a couple in one Mini would pay $165.00 to register

4:15 p.m. convoy to Mt Orford upper parking lot.
5 p.m. Group panoramic Picture by Jay Best picture in the upper parking lot of Mt Orford.
Sunday July 1st:
7 a.m. until 10 a.m. 3 hour buffet breakfast
Starting at 9 a.m.Rallye Registration and Drivers Meeting
10 a.m.Rallye: A two hour leisurely drive from Magog to Valcourt , the long way around on paved roads.
1 p.m. until 3 p.m. "Mechoui" a Quebec word for an excellent BBQ Roast.

Monday July 2nd:
7 a.m. until 10 a.m. Buffet Breakfast.
9 a.m. Drive to Auto cross site ...it is not close but it is an easy drive.
10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Solo/Autocross.at Sanair race way. www.sanair.ca
A precision driving ballet through a field of traffic cones. Several runs will be had. Fun for both drivers and spectators.
For the kids , if you wish. There is a small water park across the street. Or you may wish to relax back at the Cheribourg.
6:30 p.m.Awards Banquet Dinner at The Cheribourg
Childrens party will be separate including a special menu and fun for all in the Theatre or Electronics game room.
The breakfast buffet will be every morning from 7a.m. until 10 a.m.
Thereby allowing for ample time to sit and relax with friends over coffee and good food.
Maple Syrup will be supplied by the Boisvert family.
Whenever possible events will begin at 10 a.m.
Evenings are free time. Except for Monday night when there is the awards banquet.
